Studio Hue 53 was founded by Angela Portillo as a welcoming space for artists to connect, grow, and express their creative genius. The name Hue goes beyond color—it symbolizes the individuality and diversity each artist brings, reflecting both personal identity and the collective spirit of community.
Born and raised in Miami Springs, Angela created Studio Hue 53 to honor the city’s vibrant artistic energy and to cultivate a creative home where learning and sharing skills are at the heart of everything. Here, artists of all levels are invited to grow their craft alongside Miami’s most passionate creators, teachers, and visionaries.
